Elmo Peek


Elmo started his career in Fire/EMS in 2007 as a volunteer for the Parsonsburg Volunteer Fire
Company in Parsonsburg, MD. While a member of Parsonsburg he held the positions of
Firefighter and Fire Captain. He received numerous awards while he was a member including
Top responder awards and a Life Saver Award.


Elmo began his full-time career with Seaford Vol. Fire Department in December of 2019. In
additional to this position he also works for Caroline County Department of Emergency Services
as a full-time NREMT-B. Elmo has worked full-time in the EMS field since 2008 when he began
working for Hart to Heart Ambulance Service. Since then he has also been employed by Delmar
Fire Department, Blades Fire Department, Millville Fire Dept. and East Coast Ambulance
Service. Outside of the field of Fire/EMS he worked as a medical assistant for Peninsula
Orthopedic Associates while attending Wor-Wic Community College to pursue his Paramedic
Certification.
