Noah Jackson


Noah started his career with SVFD in February of 2024.  Noah began his Fire service in February 2019 as a cadet for the Delmar Fire Department. Then he has progressed through the ranks and is currently an Engineer and Cadet Coordinator for the Delmar FD. He also was named Rookie of the Year in 2022 and Top Volunteer Award for the EMS Division for the DFD in 2022. The following year, 2023, Noah was awarded the Firefighter of the Year.

In August of 2022, Noah was chosen to be a part of the DE Initial Attack Wildland Crew where he was deployed for a month to Six River Lightning Complex Fire.  Noah graduated from the Frederick Fire Academy in August of 2023. He was employed with Frederick County fire services and then came closer to home and has been employed with Seaford Fire Department since February 2024 as a firefighter/EMT. In addition, he works part time for Blades, Selbyville, and Ocean City Fire Departments. Noah has earned numerous certifications that include: ProBoard Firefighter 1 &2, Vehicle Technical Rescuer 1 and 2, Hazardous Materials Responder-Awareness, and Hazardous Materials Responder-Core Operations, PPE and Product Control, Emergency Vehicle Operator, Crew Leader, Driver Operator, Aerial Operator, Firefighter Self Survival, Ropes 1, Fire Officer 1, and holds an EMT certification for DE and MD. Noah also is part of the Sussex County Technical Rescue team.
