In the early morning hours of 6-3-2018 the Caroline EOC alerted Sta. 100 Federalsburg and Sussex Co Sta.87 Seaford for an accident with rescue at 28139 Hickory Hill Rd. Fire crews arrived to find a passenger car overturned inside a drainage ditch. Two passengers were laying out on the dirt road about 50 feet from the wreckage. 100 Command requested to fly by patients via medical helicopters from Maryland & Delaware, but both were unable to fly do to weather. Both patients were considered pri-1 patients and transported via ambulances to PRMC in Salisbury Md.
