On Aug. 4th, 2019, Past president and Life member of Seaford Vol. Fire Department answered his last alarm. Wayne spent many years in dedicated service to the department and held many positions to include Vice President, President and Fire Police. Our condolences to the family and friends of Wayne and may God be with you in your hour of need.
