The Seaford Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. Banquet Hall capacity is 400. The Hall is available for rental to the public for meetings, banquets, and parties. As in all public facilities in Delaware, the Banquet Hall is a smoke-free facility. Outdoor smoking is permitted. All events must end by midnight. Rectangle tables and chairs are included in the hall rental fees.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Alcoholic beverages served in the Banquet Hall must be provided by the Seaford Volunteer Fire Department; there are no exceptions. The Ladies Auxiliary of the Seaford Volunteer Fire Department, Inc is pleased to offer banquet services to groups of 75 to 400 people. Should the lessee choose a different caterer, please keep in mind that a kitchen facility is not available.

$950.00 - Includes security deposit and hall rental fee. (up to 5 hours)
$750.00 - Hall rental for Meeting, includes security deposit. (3 hours max, light refreshments only)
$100.00 - Refreshment center (bar)
